Chippie was shown as a foal at the Canterbury Foal Show.  He was broken in and schooled in January 2020 and competed in the ridden classes for placings at the 2020 South Island Welsh Show.  He has now been turned out for the winter and will be brought back into work in the spring.  True Welsh type with good solid bone, approx 12.3/13hh.  Show quality.  

Chippie made his inhand showing debut at the Canterbury Breeders Show in 2021.  He had a very successful day, winning Best Welsh Gelding and then went on to take out the Supreme All Breeds Gelding Award.  He then did inhand again at the South Island Welsh Show where he was the Best Section B Exhibit and Runner-Up Supreme Inhand Purebred Welsh Exhibit.
